THOMAS CRAIGCRAIG THOMASÝÝ Tom's family wish to thank friends and family for their love and support during this sad time and for the cards, flowers and generous donations to Halton Haven which raised £500. Also warmest thanks to the wonderful staff of ward E3 at Whiston Hospital and all at Halton Haven. Thanks also to Steve Grant and staff at The Co-Operative Funeral Directors for a lovely service. Our most special thanks to everyone who attended Tom's funeral to join us in celebrating the joy we all shared in knowing and loving Tom.
